What is PM'UP ?
The PM'UP scheme is a subsidy from the Ile de France region for SMEs and industrial companies with more than 5 employees with at least one establishment located in Ile-de-France and having closed at least one financial year with turnover. over the last 3 years. They must plan to double their workforce and turnover. Since 2008, PM’UP grant has provided financial and technical support to companies wishing to accelerate their development projects.

New ! Since March 2, 2021, PM'UP grant has become PM'UP Relance with new supported projects, and more funding to support the economic recovery of eligible companies.
What projects and expenses are eligible for PM’UP Relance grant ?
Since the objective of the PM UP Relance grant is to support the growth of, SMEs, eligible projects cover several areas of development :
- The development and modernization of the production tool,
- International development,
- The diversification of the activity,
- The relocation of the activity,
- Digital and/or ecological transformation.
Eligible expenses with respect to these projects are tangible and intangible investments filing and extension patents consulting services, international prospecting expenses (fairs, VIE, etc...) and structuring recruitment structurants.
The Ile-de-France Region distinguishes between PM'UP Relance (for SMEs) and TP'UP Relance (for very small businesses), but these two schemes finance the same projects.
The jury of the Ile-de-France Regional Council will be particularly attentive to certain criteria to designate the PM'UP Relance and TP'UP Relance winners.
Project selection criteria
Apart from the classic methods of the PM'UP and TP'UP scheme, the project selection criteria are :
- The strategic nature of the goods, services or supplies concerned,
- The viability of the business,
- The relevance of the strategy,
- The potential for job creation in Ile-de-France,
- The potential for international development,
- The contribution of the project to the development of the territory.
These criteria allow funding organizations to ensure that the grant will improve the competitiveness of your company, and therefore that it will lead to economic development in the Ile-de-France region.
What is the amount of PM’UP Relance grant ?
The amount of PM'UP grant can reach up to €800,000 over a period of 3 years. The subsidy rate varies between 10% and 50% depending on the size of the project leaders and the type of project.
How do I get this help for my business ?
Since 2016, PM'UP works no longer by calls for proposals. Grant is available at all times and to all sectors of activity. The selection of files is therefore more rigorous. The Innov’up grant in Ile-de-France for your innovation project
In collaboration with bpifrance, the Innov up grant supports companies in three main stages of their innovative project with :
- Innov'up feasibility,
- Innov'up experimentation,
- Innov'up development.
These three schemes are open to SMEs established in Ile-de-France. The maximum amount you can get is between €500,000 and €3 million depending on the phase of the project. Innov'up grant can finance studies, prototypes, models, subcontracted research, etc...
